Mood tracker

Mood tracker The mood tracker automatically shows results on the calendar.
(Each time you select a mood, the day's mood will appear as an emoji on the calendar.)

  1. Click the โ€œNew dayโ€ button to start your new day!
  2. Make selections based on your mood.
  3. Gratitude journal will appear every time you start a new day.

100 Day Challenge

100 days challenge has 5 tasks: A short nap, Deep breathing, Meditation, No screen, 'Me Time' When you complete your tasks you gain 25XP (1 task=5 XP). When you gain 100XP youโ€™ll LEVEL UP!

  1. Click the โ€œ- Start -โ€ button to start your 100 days challenge!
  2. Select the 100 day challenge on โ€œSelect the type of challengeโ€ option. Otherwise, the ranking system will not work!
  3. Create your own Rules!
